Cambridge Blu-ray and amplifier is amazing!! And now, so is my
music. The speakers are everything Regards MB, Auckland Hi Graham (Re:Cambridge Audio DacMagic) Arrived this morning. It is indecently good! More precise bass and better definition through the entire range… all round better timing. Clarity enhancements were like looking through a newly cleaned window.Love it! Thanks Aaron Dear Graham, A proper length HDMI cable and optical cable later plus the mic optimiser and a bit of manual tweaking and I am now well set up and very happy. A opera DVD looked and sounded amazing as did the new Simon O’Neill CD ( if you are not an opera fan Simon hails from Ashburton and is currently the biggest thing in Wagner tenors in the international opera world. They are a perfect accompaniment to my turntable and vintage NAD amplifier; the whole ensemble is ideally suited to vinyl playback, and the interplay of the speakers with the turntable and amplifier is perfect in every way. I am still struggling to believe that I have managed to achieve such excellence at a price that was so astonishingly reasonable – less than half what I was expecting to have to pay. I spoke to a number of hi fi suppliers before approaching you, and your guidance was easily the most straightforward and up-front. You are clearly committed to getting serious music listeners the quality that they want at a price they can afford. As a mainly classical music listener, but with wide ranging tastes in other genres, I needed equipment that would deliver flexibility and the high levels of definition, range, and dimensionality of sound hat can be achieved with vinyl playback in particular, and the speakers you recommended (the only dealer I approached to suggest this brand, I might add) have satisfied these criteria in every way imaginable. Most importantly, I took the risk of purchasing these speakers on the strength of your recommendation only, without auditioning (I am too far from Whakatane), but have not for one moment regretted the decision. The listening pleasure continues to grow as the speakers break in and open out in their sound. I remain also most impressed with your approach to hi fi – no pretentious and overpriced nonsense as is so often found in this field; just good, solid advice from somebody who clearly knows what he is talking about and who knows how to give the discerning listener great sound at an even better price.My thanks once again. ‘purer’ copper cables from audioquest and the like. But it just got too

volume. The CD, amp combo bring out the full potential of my speakers,
they dance. .. and I haven't even connected the slinky links yet. I have
to make a rack because the Slinkylinks won't reach when the units are

Friday afternoon and plugged it in and instantly it sounded better than
my Sony (although it sounded a bit different - the Sony seemed to go a
bit lower in the frequency range) and once I've sat down and got the

level where the Sony would have been making all sorts of weird noises!!)
